Creamy Tahini Date Banana Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen bananas (about 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen)

  • 4–6 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1 cup crushed ice (adjust for preferred thickness)

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. If your dates are very sticky or dry, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain.

  2. Combine frozen bananas, dates, tahini, almond milk, crushed ice, and cinnamon in a high-speed blender.

  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk; if too thin, add a bit more ice or another frozen banana.

  4. Serve and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon or a tahini drizzle.

  5. Enjoy!
