  1. Soften your date paste by microwaving it for 30–60 seconds in 15-second increments, pausing every time to check for softness and making certain it doesn’t burn. 

  2. Add all your ingredients to a food processor, blender, or bowl, and mix until well-combined.

  3. Press into a parchment-lined loaf pan and tamp down until flat.

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate for two hours.

  5. Slice into small rectangles, as big or small as you like.

  6. Wrap your rectangles into small pieces of parchment paper and refrigerate in an airtight container for 3–6 months.

  7. Enjoy!
